Raúl del Alto | Partner
Raúl del Alto has a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, with post-graduate studies at UCLA specializing in Entertainment Law and Business and more than 15 years of experience.
He was associate at Baker & McKenzie Mexico, representing different transnational companies in corporate and contractual matters. Subsequently, he joined AG Studios as Legal Director, supervising the legal departments of the different subsidiaries of AG Studios in Mexico, U.S.A., Colombia and Brazil.
In 2016, along with other entertainment industry professionals, Raul founded Global Entertainment Firm, a legal and financial services firm dedicated to film, television, music, media and the arts, heading the firm’s legal practice. Raul’s niche experience has allowed him to represent the interests of local production companies in projects co-produced with studios such as Netlfix, HBO, Amazon, Paramount, Sony Pictures, Univision and Televisa.
In January 2020, he joined Uhthoff, Gómez Vega & Uhthoff, S.C., as head of the entertainment law practice.
Currently, Raul is partner in RR Consulting, a boutique entertainment law firm founded in January 2023.
Raúl is a member of CANACINE (Cámara Nacional de la Industria Cinematográfica), the ANADE (Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.), being part of the Entertainment, Sports and Culture Committee, and Coordinator of the Entertainment Law Commission of the Ilustre Y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México (INCAM)
Rafael Rodríguez | Partner
Rafael Rodríguez is a lawyer from the Universidad Panamericana, where he obtained his law degree with honors for his thesis entitled “Study on the Legal Protection of Characters and Issues Surrounding Their Regulation Through the Reservation of Exclusive Rights as a Concept Independent of Copyright.” Rafael is a lawyer specializing in entertainment law with more than nine years of experience in industrial property and copyright.
Rafael began his professional career as an intern at Arochi & Lindner, a firm specializing in intellectual property. In 2018, Rafael joined Global Entertainment Firm as part of the legal department specializing in entertainment law. Subsequently, in January 2020, he joined the firm Uhthoff, Gómez Vega & Uhthoff as a lawyer in the entertainment law department.
Currently, Rafael is a partner at RR Consulting, a boutique firm founded in January 2023 specializing in entertainment law. He also serves as vice president of the Sports, Entertainment, and Culture Law Committee of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE). In the academic field, Rafael is a professor of the legal module in the Diploma in Audiovisual Project Development taught by Aula Abierta, in collaboration with the International Film and TV School (EICTV).
Eva Morales | Attorney Sr.
Eva is a lawyer graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and has a great passion for arts, movies and human rights.
She began her career as a lawyer focused in entertainment industry in 2022, working as an attorney at All Entertainment Abogados, where she acted as legal advisor and strategist in copyright matters, focusing mainly on film, music and arts.
She has taken several specialized courses such as “Indivisible Processes: documentation, archiving and registration of works of art” by CENTRO, the “General Course on Intellectual Property” by WIPO, “Art Law” by Christie’s London, “Introduction to the art market and valuation” by Casa Lamm, among others.
Eva joined RR CONSULTING in 2023, where she currently works as an entertainment lawyer.
Andrea Fuentes | Attorney Jr.
Andrea has a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores Monterrey (Tec de Monterrey), campus Mexico State.
Andrea is a big passionate about film and the entertainment industry, same passion that led her to begin her professional career in the field of entertainment law, first at Sony Music and later as a lawyer at Ojeda, Ojeda y Asociados.
Currently, Andrea is a member of RR Consulting and joined our team in 2024 as a Lawyer
Iñaki Yarto | Law Intern
ñaki is a law student at Universidad Panamericana, campus Bosque Real. As well as his passion for Law, Iñaki has a huge passion for the seventh art.
